Maybe not ‘cute’, but rather pointless unless you are blind in which case they are a waste of time as there’s no Braille on them.

I always think NZ’s “CATTLE STOP” signs need to be preceeded by a "“CATTLE LEARN TO READ” sign.
Target practice was a signs intended use in the mountains where I grew up. One near our ranchette had a few dents from .177 pellets, a few holes from 30 caliber weapons, and a truly memorable wound right through the “O” in Stop from my 50 caliber rifle, whose ammunition came as a bonus with the airplane depicted on the K6EL QRZ page.
