Today’s activation of SP/BZ-065 ‘Ogorzala’ with Marco SP9BIJ was very successful. The weather was good and many radio contacts were made - a total of 130 QSOs, including 44 S2S.

3 months gone since we started to celebrate the 15th anniversary of SOTA in Poland.
SP15SOTA award enjoys great interest among chasers all over the world - thank you very much for your participation.
The award activity is on halfway through - untill now we have activated 52 summits, including 45 unique references.
About 1,200 stations from 54 countries logged, 25 of them are DX stations
For the moment award participants downloaded about 50 diplomas from the award website.
We spent many hours on the summits, it was winter time and the activators supporting my efforts deserve special appreciation for activations in extreme conditions
Łukasz @SQ9JTR / SO15TA, Marco @SP9BIJ and Wojtek @SQ9BQW - chapeau bas and high respect for you
We logged in total almost 4000 QSOs: Marco and Wojtek about 400 each, Łukasz over 1400, the rest me.
The average number of QSOs per activation is 77, 16 activations have over 100 QSOs in the log, and the largest one has over 160 QSOs.

We encourage to chase tomorrow as many Polish stations as possible to celebrate our 15th Anniversary Day.
Any QSO will be big pleasure for our operators.
However points for the award will be given only by special callsigns containing number 15:
SP15OTA and SO15TA/P.
