I will stay with my motorhome on the campsite near the fair. Not sure it is the best thing, to move late evening in the campsite. I even do not know if that is feasible, or if the campsite closes the vehicle access during the night.
So if someone has still an available seat, for the trip back and forth to the restaurant, I am interested.

See my offer three posts above.
I have already agreed to take Karlo @9A3BKF, so I have one more seat left.
Anyone else interested to ride along for an activation first, then go to the SOTA dinner ?
Let me know via PM on the reflector, first come, first served.

Thank you very much for offering Luc!
However, I will have my dog with me and donāt want to leave him at the campside, so I need to take my camper van (and to dog in it ) to the DINNER myself. I could, however, give one person a lift to the DINNER and back to the fair campground again.
Iām looking forward to catching up with everyone again first time since 2019 but I may not be able to make the dinner. I will be in Ireland from June 17th so look out for some activity on Sunday 18th as EI8KU/P. Iāll be at the Show for the weekend so really looking forward to catching up with old friends and meeting new ones that I have worked many times but yet to meet face to face.
I have just contacted the restaurant and I can report that they are fine with the number of participants. We will have a limited menu due to the huge number of people so that they can prep the food in time. But for individual needs there will be options.
Sorry for anyone that missed the chance but I am closing the registration for the dinner now.
Thanks to the organizers, and everyone who came to the dinner. A lot of people,a bit to many for me to greet everyone, but then there is next year so I can say hello to more people!(Considering this was may first Ham Radio )
Special shoutout to the CT group for the SOTA Portugal patch and to @DH8WN for the SOTA flag!
I didnāt get organized in time, but for next year Iāll make sure I bring plenty of 9A SOTA stickers to hand out.
EDIT: also forgot to mention @ON7DQ and @HB9HCS for the transportation and the activation of
DM/BW-854 !
Here is a google disk folder link with photos of the event:
EDIT 2: here is the second google folder with some photos from our trip there and back. Ive set it now so thay anyone can see it instead of me manually approving access.

Same but for our way back, much more scenic route! : Screenshot by Lightshot
I got VERY excited when we were driving towards Kitzbuhel and I noticed a castle on a hill and a few moments late Iāve seen the town plate that says āItterā,so that is Schloss Itterā¦(Sabaton fans will know )
Now that was a surprise, sadly due to us being already 2 hourse behind out schedule we couldnt stop, but Iāll have to go on a trip some day to visit it,if nothing else than by train,or maybe next year on our way to ham radio!
