Hi all,

On Sunday 6th of October, an activation is planned of PA/PA-006 “Signaal Imbosch”. One of the two Dutch summits.

Marking the 101st activation of this summit, PE4WJ, PA3FTT & PA3WEG will activate the summit for the day.

The activation is planned from 10:30 to 14:30 UTC, weather and logistics permitting. We will post an alert on Sotawatch and update the ETA if needed.

Our plans are to activate all HF bands from 40m and up, with various antennas (vertical, sloping wire, dipole). It will mostly be SSB and CW, no digital modes are planned. We expect to be on air on one band at a time. Radios brought are IC-705, KX3 and a QMAC HF-90 so it’s going to be fun to compare these!
We’ll also take VHF APRS and might try some local 2m/70cm as well.
