As I have done for a few years now, I wanted to start the new year from an easy SOTA top.
Unfortunately, halfway to EA6/MA-035 the car suddenly stopped due to an electrical problem. After picking me up, I canceled the activity and returned home.

A very happy new year to all in the SOTA fraternity.
I picked up my first two points of 2022 on a couple of local summits - The Cloud G/SP-015 and Gun G/SP-013.
On both I used handheld and rubber duck, and on both I made five QSOs on 2m FM.
On the way home I popped into Bar 27 - the new sports bar at the stadium of the newly formed Macclesfield FC.
