SOTAMAT updated with new SOTAWatch Support

The SOTAMAT system has been updated for the new SOTA Watch API changes. Let me know if you have issues. Testing is welcomed. Should be Working 1-way (FT8) spotting, alerting, messaging 2-way (SMS, Email, Garmin) spotting, alerting, getting spots list, getting alerts list, getting summit info, etc. New functionality that should be working: The “Testing” mode has been improved to use the new SOTA Watch “TEST” type post.
