PS Before anybody mentions it, the Greek ARM needs a little updating
though I think this only affects Greek nationals.

on every Region you will see something like that:
“Activators (except locals) operating from mainland in the Prefectures of Grevena, Imathia, Thessaloniki, Kastoria, Kozani, Pella, Pieria, Florina and Chalikidiki should suffix their call with “/2/P”. Foreigners: “SV2/CALL/P”.”

But it needs update for the locals (Greeks) because the new regulations (8 Septembber 2011) drops the /region suffix.
