Well… 2hrs30mins to get 4 HF contacts.
Oddly 1 S2S, but the other 3 weren’t even SOTA chasers.
EA3/GI-006 Montplà.
Tried pretty much every SSB band from 40m to 10m.
KX2 12W/10W EFHW.
Big thanks to the SOTA GW WhatsApp gang for trying so hard.

Hard work Gerald. Glad you (eventually) made it!
Today’s the first time in a while that I’ve switched on the radio. Couldn’t hear a single activator on HF and very few non-SOTA. The bands seem to be struggling
Well at least decent weather and views compared to Bands !
During the Aurora / northern lights display a few weeks ago I struggled using only CW - to get 8 QSOs from The Cheviot / G/SB-001- hard work!!! At least you qualified.
Band conditions have been very tough lately. Glad you got your 4. At least you had a beautiful spots to sit for 2:30 minutes. I haven’t been activating much in the last few weeks, but chasing sure is tough. Mostly, I can’t hear anyone.
I can’t speak to a SOTA activation but I can speak to a WWFF park activation that I did about a year ago where I spent over an hour at the park an only made one ( 1 ) QSO. So I feel your pain
