Or how about a “reverse SOTA” where you go to the LOWEST point in your county or district and run contacts from there?

All us VK’s would head to Lake Eyre in VK5 as it is usually dry and 15m below sea level as well as in the middle of nowhere.
Is there a “reverse prominence” limit? What would that be, “reticence”?
The state of Louisiana doesn’t have a SOTA-qualifying summit, but the lowest point is in the city of New Orleans. Parts of the French Quarter are 15 feet below sea level.
