Quickly check worldwide amateur radio band propagation (conditions) with DXMaps

Step 1. Set up DXMaps

  • Visit DXMaps: https://www.dxmaps.com
  • Select Map
  • Select LF - HF
  • Select World
  • Under, No layer pull-down menu, select: Gray line
  • Under, Select options pull-down menu, select:
    PSK Reporter, Continents, Labels/roads, Only last 15 min., Hide call sign info
  • Under Modes/Props, select: Selec.all modes

Step 2. View Propagation

  • Select tab for the band you’re interested in, for instance: 80m, 40m, 30m 20m, 17m 15m, 12m, 10m
  • For 6m, you’ll need to select: VHF & up
  • Next, select: 50MHz
