I am tempted to request winter bonus points after activating HB/VS-216 this morning. Ice axe and crampons in the rucksack. However, I feel the MT will deny my request despite cold feet and hands!

Well it was only 10C when I got up. It’s just struggle to 15C. Very cold for end of August.
