The basic question can never be answered in any objective manner. To get an answer, the scope needs to be reduced.

Yeah, but reading threads like this are fun and stop some of us getting cabin fever while we wait for this incessant rain to stop and get back into the hills.

Well WB-013 seemed hard. But when I look at my log I qualified it on a 2m FM handheld inside 25 minutes - so not really that hard.
By contrast, five QSOs came easily on the wooded summit of WB-024, one after the other, interrupted only by an unexpected phone call!
