We have e-bikes, what about e-legs?

A local OM, @2M0RVZ, shared his instagram targeted ads, and we discovered these: Hypershell: AI-Powered Exoskeleton for Hiking, Travel & Daily Use – Hypershell Tech Global

I said he’d probably have to take them off outside the AZ otherwise he couldn’t claim any points.

Not strictly new tech, think we’ve seen them before:

If it were real I’d want them. Could get me up some otherwise inaccessible peaks. I view it as like a wheelchair and valid due to my current state of malfunctioning legs.

But at $799 it does seem like AFD material.

Looks like it’s legit … someone even tested it on the SOTA summit of Mynydd Llangorse:

This is making me think! I have seen adverts for little stair climbing platforms as an alternative to stairlifts for people with disabilities, I presume they are battery powered so I wonder if they would have enough power to get me up a summit?
