Things are progressing very well so far for a activation of a site that has never been activated before.

We were discussing it, and being new to SOTA no one has a clue as to what the SOTA community would want.

Would you ll want just one station, running just CW or mix it up between all the different modes?
OR
set up like three stations,
A CW only station, Phone Only, and a Digital station and run them all at the same time like a DX Expedition?

But realisticly do whatever you like most.
It is a SOTA activation and not a payed DX expedition with a “must” run on certain modes and bands. No stakeholders - no obligation.
Adopt the activation to the challenges of the summit and the skills of the team. That makes it fun and safe.
