Uploaded Log with QSO Dates Off by a Day

When I built the log for an activation on Feb 22 I used Feb 21 unwittingly.
Of course, there are no matches when I look at who chased me.

The question is whether I can just delete the bad log (47 Qs), fix and upload the new log,
or is there a more correct procedure that doesn’t screw up the database?

Is the procedure the same for individual QSO corrections?
