Hi Chris, I’m not hearing anything like this on 7100 now (but this is an hour later). From your recording with the (to me) Arabic-sounding music, I wonder if this signal was from a station targeting North African countries which use French as an official language?
The fact that the signal now appears to be gone suggests this might have been an error that the engineer eventually spotted and moved the station back to its allocated frequency.

It’s a silly little war between some French operators. They use AI-generated voices to broadcast recorded messages and deliberately QRM their “opponents”.
“He has joined the gang of troublemakers (naming callsigns)… This group of perverts acts like a pack of hyenas to insult others… Please take action against these QSO jammers…”
Just ignore them. They’re a bunch of lids.
