The MT have tried several times to contact Helmut DL3MCI but either his email account is defective, he never checks his mail or never checks his spam folders.
If you know Helmut can you tell him the MT are trying to contact him to fix his account issue but if he never responds to the emails we send then we are stuck. And his account wont work!

I am bumping this back up to the top. Is there nobody who knows Helmut DL3MCI? Or maybe you have tried to contact him and he’s not seeing your emails as well as mine?
This OM is a new chaser so it would be really good to be able to fix his account. Of course if his email is fubar’d then I suppose we will have to wait till he notices.

Thank you to all who helped, this is appreciated. I am now in contact with Helmut and he should be back with a functioning account soon and chasing again.
I have had a nice mail from Helmut saying everything is working fine.
