Thanks EU chasers WB2FUV on W2/GC-097 today

Whenever possible, I try to get to the summit here in upstate New York in time to work EU chasers before the bands close. Lately I have been starting my activation on 14 MHz to take advantage of band openings across the pond. Today’s activation from modest W2/GC-097 saw the usual EU chasers plus some never heard before – including a QRP station in Ireland !! – for a total of 14 EU DX in the log. The thrill of DX adds to the excitement of SOTA. Thank you and please keep calling! I will often call QRZ EU QRZ EU to try to make room in the pile. Rig today was 5 watts to an end-fed inverted vee up 20 feet hung from a branch.
Stay well & 73!
