Daniel EA3HP is the AM for EA3. I’d like to thank Daniel for the considerable effort he has put into to helping an EA3 ham fix logging and access problems. No content with emails and phone calls, Daniel has driven several hundred kms at his own expense to help the chaser regain access.

Thank you Daniel from the SOTA MT for your efforts.

He also welcomed me to his area a few years ago and drove me to a local summit to help me activate in EA3. A great ambassador for Spain and SOTA.

Last year, the afternoon before New Year’s Eve, I activated EA3/BC-080 and Daniel visited me on the summit with a bottle of Cava, what a surprise!

Alberto @EA3GNU also joined us and both greeted me warmly (Alberto on the left and Daniel on the right):

I have now received a lovely thank-you and Christmas greetings message from the chaser that we helped get back into his accounts.

Now to try and wake up after too much Gin last night and take the hound for a Christmas walk!

What a surprise to see this post in reflector.

Dani introduced me to SOTA and soon I hope to be the second MG in EA3 after him. I thank him for that! Just look at how many big mountains in EA he has done and how many QSO’s he works every time. To me, he is a legend. Bachimala, Posets, 3 times Aneto!!, Pica d’Estats, Petit Vignemale, Neouvielle, Marboré… and so so many first activations.
