Thank you David MW6DHN

Hi David.

I hope you enjoyed your snowy moonlight activation tonight and that you didn’t get too cold.
I must admit I was very suprised to see a UK call sign appear on the Spots page at nearly 6pm, especially with weather forecast.

Many thanks for giving me my 250th SOTA chaser point. It was very much appreciated.

Your signal into Frizington, West Cumbria was 5/1 with a little bit of drifting as the wind affected you on the summit. Time for me was 18.08 and 18.10 for Colin, 2E0XSD.

Hope to catch you again soon.

Liz

Glad to help
that was a fun evening. It wasnt too windy on the lea side though there was a good little cornice and all the snow had been stripped from the other side of the mountain!
Hope it gets colder and snowier soon though !

Congratulations Liz on achieving 250 chaser points.

Hi Jimmy.

Many thanks. I didn’t think I would get that many points this year, having only gained my licence at end of August and having limited time to be on air due to other commitments.

Hopefully, next year I can also start to build up some activation points too.
