Hellllllo SOTA,
Yesterday my wife and I decided to activate superstition peak in the superstition mountain range just outside of Phoenix, Arizona. Pretty adventurous summit, 3000 feet of gain, 7 1/2 miles round-trip, scrambling, A little bit of exposure and a few spots with some light climbing shenanigans. Thanks to everybody who chased, hopefully talk to you again tomorrow when we activate superstition peak North W7A/PN-022.

We are in route from Alaska to Tennessee, so I totally get the need for shorts and a T-shirt in February.
Hey @K9ROB, if you have an HT you should be able to get quite a few contacts (myself included!) on the Arizona SOTA simplex frequency of 144.410 if you’re still planning another summit!
I would love that! However, no HT for me on this trip. Next time!
