SpotLite mystery today

I tried several times this afternoon (1255 - 1420 UTC) to self-spot via SpotLite from my mobile phone, but received an error message “Unsupported Content”. Attempts to self-spot through SMSBOT also failed, and I received a text message from Andy, MM0FMF, saying he thought SpotLite was down.

However, other people’s spots did seem to be appearing throughout this period.

I was on G/WB-020 and I did qualify the summit, but did not work any SOTA Chasers because nobody knew what frequency I was on! Sorry about that … hope for better luck next time.

There was a short period when the turbo confabulator field got knocked out of whack. But then Jon slapped it good and hard and it all started working again!
