SP9BIJ QSL info

Dear SOTA friends, I apologize first for creating a topic ad personam, but I think it’s worth it. I would like to inform the SOTA community that after June 2025 I will not renew my membership to the Polish Radio Amateur Association. After that date, QSL-ing via bureau will not be available; therefore, from now on, please do not send paper QSL cards to me as I will unlikely receive them.
Until June 2025, I am able to send outgoing cards via bureau, if you wish to receive a card via bureau, please drop me an email with the QSO information. If you already sent me your QSL card and did not receive mine yet, please let me know. Direct cards are also OK as long as I don’t get too many requests, but I am surely not famous enough hi. No contribution of any sort is needed.
For the moment I do not plan to move to an electronic QSL card; I have no problem with them, but I already spend a lot of time in front of a PC for my work and I don’t want to have additional commitments.
Thank you for your attention and apologies again for the personal topic.
P.s. my profile on QRZ.com has been updated.

Hello,

I would recommend to update your qrz.com Account with QSL via = direct
(And other info sites like hamqth.com)

Some people will have a look there. But most cards will just return after many years.

Btw I usually send QSL cards only for first contacts because everything else makes no sense for SOTA.

I always check qrz.com before sending QSL cards as so many people these days either don’t collect cards at all or don’t use the bureau.

Hi Marco,
If you do look to email QSL cards - this site is straight forward and works well:
HamRadioDx
It can do individual QSL cards or be fed by an ADIF log file.
If people send you a card for a contact, there is a button in the email to return one (you add the data).
