It seems to be up for me. Maybe it is only unavailable in France? I did not understand the extra details. Would anyone give an English summary of why it would be taken down?
The link to lumendatabase (new name for chilling-effects website) is a link to some French (maybe) “free sports” service and I guess that is a way you can watch pay-per-view and subscription sports without paying.
There is a way to get a list of URLs that they claim infringed
strange… I just checked access to sotl.as with a french IP address (via VPN)
and sotl.as works normally.

I just let my computer on and went for dinner… and now i can acces the Sotl.as page as usual.
I am happy with that.
