It just started to work again. Seems the DB was OoO. Spots were showing but no chaser logs / DB retrieves completed until just now.

The http server was undergoing some therapy Carlos… basically I was shouting “work you b*****d” at it.
Sotamaps is working now and more importantly DB access is also working.
