As many people will know, Sotabeams is having problems shipping to the EU at the moment. However, I successfully ordered some Pico Traps from a firm in Norway:
It might be best to email them first as the website only lists Norway as a shipping destination at checkout.
From what I’ve read online, as an EEA member, Norway has freedom of movement of goods and services into the EU. Wimo in Germany is also a Sotabeams dealer, but I couldn’t find Pico Traps on their website.

As I understand it, what it means is goods can be exported from Norway into EU/EEA countries but country of origin has to be clear. So you can import from UK to Norway and as long as they are solely for use in Norway, a lot of the single market rules don’t apply. Exporting them from Norway to Austria means all the EU/EEA rules apply and the Norwegian exporter falls under extra obligations and it will be as difficult as exporting direct from UK to Austria.
From my experience with this company, it wasn’t completely straightforward, and they did have to find some kind of solution, which they eventually did.

There is a free trade agreement with Norway and the UK which is outside the single market agreement.
“The FTA between Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the United Kingdom (UK) entered into force for Norway and the UK on 1 December 2021.”
I’m happy to be corrected but I believe that means UK->Norway with goods destined to stay in Norway is one thing. Re-exporting them to the EU requires lots of single market compliance.
I ordered a set of pico traps just last year, had no problem.
I mailed them about shipping into 9A,they said no problem and sent me a paypal invoice which i paid.
It was delivered in 7 days.
