SOTA support issues: please read

I do a lot of SOTA account support nowadays. Typically it’s people who can’t create accounts (privacy blockers on their browsers), cannot get a password reset email (wrong username/wrong email address) and general questions about missing points etc.

The important thing is we always reply to messages we receive via the contact us website form.

If we don’t get any follow up or response to the emails sent then we know the mail is in the user’s spam folder, or their email provider is filtering their email and not telling them (very common!). Life is too short for us to deal with your email issues, especially when we cannot email you to tell you your email isn’t working! Sorry but that’s how things are.

The purpose of this thread? Well if you come across someone who has problems with their SOTA accounts, tried to contact us and got no response then tell them to fix their email and try again.
