This works with Chrome on my work Linux PC but doesn’t work with Chrome on my Windows 11 PC or my Android phone. Is there a Chrome setting I need?
Yes, use Brave. 
Sorry I don’t use Chrome anywhere and for me, it just works on Linux, Android and Win10 (32 and 64 bit) using Brave or Firefox. Andrew would be the best person to talk to but maybe just turning the script debugger on and then trying to do something may show you a load red failures that are reasonably obvious to fix.
