Ian bought me this microphone for the KX2 as a Christmas pressie - 25gms. Reports were excellent. No issues.

Now the weather’s improving I want to do some more 40m SSB with my KX2 and my kite-lifted homemade EFHW. My current mic & PTT solution is a bit crude (I press the XMIT on/off for PTT). So, based on your review I’ve ordered the same mic (from eBay).

Hi Paul. Great report. I think you captured the essence of the day. It sounds like an adventure that you will remember. I don’t remember every activation, but there are some I’ll never forget

I’ll second this rucksack, never used anything else. I don’t worry about its’ weight.
