Last weekend we made SOTA winter camp near Mt. Fuji. Member gathered was JG1BOK Matt, JL1NIE Tom, JI1IHV Hira and me JA1CTV. Enjoyed sub 0 degree camp. Those sake in photo are all named famous summit in Japan. Also Bouvet champagne.

Well done, I particularly like the celebratory aspect of the event, its a bit like skiing in that the snow time is simply a precursor to the real event…apre ski
BTW…the Bouvet Champagne is about as rare as QSLs cards from the recent Bouvet DXPedition, well done on nabbing one!!

Nice to chase you folks last weekend. Sorry some could not get to summit on Sunday because of head ache. Sake more dangerous than RF.
Hope you can go again for New Years morning calendar roll over.

Thank you for your chase on Saturday at JA/YN-031. I could not get activate on Sunday due to hungover. But was nice to keep me warming under sub zero deg. C temp. on the night. Hope your headache is not from sake like us.
