There was an outage on the SMS spotter today. The simple reason being we ran out of credit on the SMS account. Whoops!
I’m a bit annoyed because I had set up an auto renew to the credit card that funds it and I used to get an email when the credit was running low. I’m not sure what went wrong with the account but auto update is enabled and we do have credit now. I didn’t get an email telling me prices had gone up a bit too.
I’m not sure how many SMS may have been dropped but if you did try and spot today and you were not spotted then this is probably the reason. Sorry, I do try to keep on top of this stuff so that this doesn’t happen.
