The approach form the carpark up Happy Valley to the Mourne Wall was straightforward and the short steep climb up the wall to the summit was manageable, even for someone with my own fitness levels!! The views at the top spectacular. FM was busy with contacts reached into Whitehaven in the north of England, Bangor in Wales, a couple of calls from EI land as well as local contact in Northern Ireland.
