The second set of summit codes are after two commas so they are comments but are apparently dupes of your summit ref so are not necessary. The second summit is for the summit of the station you worked. I.e. S2s or chase.
V2,mycall,my ref,date,UTC,MHz,mode,call worked,their ref,comments
The one file, two uploads is the second easiest method to use.
The easiest is vk3zpf’s VKPortalog app on an android tablet. It produces all the files you need automatically.
