I got information that access to SM/VN-004 is restricted of a certain cause.
This summit have not been activated and will be deleted from database.

Inclusion in the ARM and Database is based upon topography alone, and does not depend on access restrictions. Your ARM, or SOTAwatch summit page can included a note about the restricted access, but the summit should not be removed, because it is a qualifying summit. You never know, the situation might change in the future.
