And then Masha flew away – the short vacation was over.
Thanks to everyone who listened and called RX9WT/P. That was a real gift!

Hi Vlad. Thanks for the beautiful video. It looks like you were on the same peak you have skied in previous videos? It looks like very cold weather and great powder snow.
It is nice that you could ski it with your daughter. She also carries a VERY big pack…like her father
I was hoping for some video of you skiing down. You had what looked like great snow for skiing down? In your previous videos you were skiing down frozen, breakable crust, but this time it looked like very good snow.
Thanks. I always enjoy your videos and adventures.
Hello Pat!
I’m having trouble accessing the SOTA website. Even with a VPN, the connection speed is sometimes too slow. I’ve emailed you in detail.
I’m very grateful for your interest in my report and film. Thanks for the kind words, Pat.
As for the backpacks, they’re not that heavy. They’re just fairly large, but the gear isn’t packed too tightly. Of course, they contain everything you need for a more or less comfortable overnight stay in a tent in temperatures below -30°C. Having some experience, I never go mountaineering in winter without a small repair kit for skis, bindings, and other critical gear. A first aid kit and emergency food supplies. Various unpleasant incidents have happened to me and my companions on multi-day winter ski trips. This supply has sometimes literally saved us!
