so its possible till now to receive paper qsl´s again via bureau.
i´m member in a over regional ov/section of darc. its a ov with members all over germany with the name " OV Selbstbau/homebrewing ov-A55 ". so i receive my cards 4 times a year. first i have to let print some cards now…
