People living at 3000m and above - less likely to suffer severely from COVID-19 ? (Accuweather)

How much one believes from these reports is questionable because as soon as one report comes out about the Coronavirus, some other organisation brings out one that says the contrary. What this article (which I found while simply searching for a weather forecast for possible summit activation windows in the stormy weather that we are currently having) appears to say is that those living at high altitudes are less likely to die from COVID-19 than those living at lower altitudes.

Perhaps visiting 3000m and higher SOTA summit has a partial good effect?
