Maps are too expensive in my region; I have already selected 100 summits—along with their data—and finished the SOTA manual.
I need to be able to send this information to the appropriate person.
Patagonian summits are waiting to be registered.

I think without proper maps you will not have a chance.
But the official way to to contact the SOTA management team (MT) via this form:
https://www.sota.org.uk/Contact
And select this option from the list:
