I can again highly recommend this summary document done by the German DARC.
It has ‘all’ the relevant infos for the CEPT countries. And with your full licences you are permitted to operate with relevant country prefixes and your callsign.
(Link to .pdf at lower end of page)
For SOTA in Europe it is also highly recommended to add a /p - slash portable at the end of your callsign. Chaser will have an easier time finding you as a SOTA station.

Many tnx to everyone for the excellent info, and a working link to the German DARC document (previous posts from 4 years ago contain a link that no longer works). I will have with me 5 docs when I operate:
I will add /P to my call. Tnx agn all!

I think it is just significant when you operate from the different EA DXCC entities (EA6, EA8 or EA9)
OTOH, using f.i. EA2, could be more adjusted to the different EA SOTA Associations

/P is fine with voice and CW but it creates problems with digital modes. I can use F/M0WIV on WSJT-X and most QSOs are completed unless the other operator also has a complex callsign. However, if I use F/M0WIV/P no QSOs are completed, it is just too many characters. I believe some alternative programs to WSJT-X may be better but I just drop the /P and it works most of the time.
Well you have two choices:
