Open source sotadata so apps can post logs directly

Would the MT consider open sourcing sotadata so that app developers can enable their app users to log chases and upload activation logs directly?

For example, when chasing using sotacat it would save a few steps to be able to log the chase directly from that app, rather than switching to sotawatch to log the chase.

Similarly, when logging an activation on PoLo it would save a few steps to be able to upload the activation log directly to sotadata, rather than export and download the ADIF file, then upload to sotadata.

Saving a few steps might sound trivial, but it might also make SOTA more accessible to operators who are not keen on, or well able to, fiddling on their devices and switching contexts to submit their logs.

Our API is accessible and many tools use it for logging automatically, such as VK Port a Log, and several other web sites.
