It was a rather windy at the car park and by the time I got to the top stupidly windy. I went to inspect the lee side of this open summit where it was only very windy. I had a quick chat with Ken GM0AXY on 2m then the rain started. Looking towards the weather I thought… “I’ve had the exercise climbing this I don’t need a soaking”. So I about faced and walked back to the car. Where it was sunny. Rained very, very hard on the drive home.
