Using several Topo maps and google, I find that I live right on the summit of the highest point in Clark County Kentucky. Any hope of getting it listed? Dave, K4TO
So what is the prominence?
Please forgive my ignorance. I am not familiar with that term…. Dave

I can’t really tell from the coordinates and maps available if you are exactly on the highest point, or if that point is (up to) 500m south of your property.
But in any case, the prominence of that highest point is only 70m, so not a SOTA summit.
Dave,
Thanks for this question! (And, thanks Tom and Andy for some answers.)
Here is the technical information about the Franklin benchmark near your home: Franklin Benchmark - 1,130' Kentucky
Note the data point “Rise” (which is the same as prominence) is listed at 240 feet (73 meters), which is short of the requirement of 492 feet (150 meters) of prominence to be a qualified SOTA summit per the program rules. (Also, check out this page for more information on prominence.)
The closest SOTA summit to you is W4K/EC-184 Pilot Knob, which is just down the parkway from you! It’s about a mile hike in, and I bet you can see your property from the lookout point that is just outside of the activation zone.
