My activation from W4G/HC-043 on 10/11/2016 at 1900Z was incorrectly listed in the alert and the spots as Heath Mt. W4G/HC-045. I was actually on Vineyard Mt. W4G/HC-043. Please make any needed corrections to your logs. I am sorry for the mix up. ---- Luther N4DA
