Mountain Rescues Teams advise walkers to keep out of the heat of the day!

Mountain Rescue Teams across the UK are advising people not to attempt Mountain walks in the heat of the day and go early as possible to avoid heat stroke and exhaustion. One MRT in Snowdonia is recommending that you take a minimum of two litres of water and take electrolytes to combat muscle cramps, fatigue and exhaustion.

There was a fatality on Scafell Pike in the Lake District two days ago.
