Congratulation, well doneā¦
Very well done indeed Esther! It is always a pleasure to get you (both) in my log and you have always been happy to provide some local advice when I wanted to know about access or parking! I look forward to many more contacts with you both over the years.
(A lovely tribute Ian)
Congratulations Esther! Very well done.
An awesome achievement!
Always a pleasure to work you and Ian.
You sounded so happy today, I advise a couple of hot whiskies to celebrate!!
Congratulations.
I saw your spot earlier but couldnāt hear you from the summit I was on.

Fantastic news Esther. Well done and welcome to the herd.
Thanks also for the prompt QSO yesterday, you saved us from exposure to the fierce winds.

What a milestone, Esther - great to read the news! I had seen your spots and had heard you weakly, but I couldnāt bring my call to your ears. So I choose this way. The many messages here show the importance of the milestone.
Enjoy both the success, and donāt forget to continue!

Many many congratulations Esther, I was delighted when Rod told me just now. Very sorry that I hadnāt been checking to see how you were doing - but I do know it has been a long hard slog (does the Wrekin come to mind??) but as Ian points out nothing was going to stop you- not even barriers that seemed to deliberately positioned so that your super-buggy wouldnāt get through and you had t walk up the whole of Callow hill to Founderās Folly (G/WB-15.) A great shame that we havenāt even talked for a long time (we havenāt been within 2m fm range - let alone 70cm!! ) I have great memories of our many contacts some years ago when you were hoovering up the G/WB (and other) local summits. Also sorry we havenāt been able to meet up for a long time - but I am still hoping. Keep up the good work and many tx to Ian for the great write-up and photos. Onwards and upwards!

WELL DONE Esther!! A real triumph of persistence.
Had I realised that today was the big day I would have tried to stay warm enough to hang on until you went over to 40m in the hope of making the s2s.
What challenge will it be next?

Rod
Congratulations Esther! You kept that quiet when we chatted yesterday! Hereās to the next Goat!

Congratulations Esther, Iām delighted for you. It is an amazing achievement, well done.
Brilliant news, great write up Ian.
Congratulations Esther, fantastic achievment with a lot of perseverence! Sorry I missed you today, but I may not have managed a QSO anyway as I was getting nothing on HF around that time.

Congratulations Esther from VK5 where its 40c atm.
Great effort out in the snow and wind some of the time of your Activationās, especially with a low scoring average to get there.
Best of luck towards
.
