One month (may be more) ago I requested two callsign DL/F5LKW/P and I/F5LKW/P but unfortunately no answer.
Then I sent an email to LOTW and no answer …
What’s wrong ?
Any suggestions ?

I have heard from people here in the USA that ARRL is working
slowly due to the COVID-19. Be patient, I’m sure they will come.

I deleted my old Additional Certificates Request and I sent new ones.
It seems to be better, I received the automated email.
Just waiting few days more 
Just a day or two ago, when I opened TQSL, I got a splash telling me there was an update needed.
You might want to make sure you have the most recent version installed.
