Why does the TRASH appear for some contacts and not others??

The ones that have a pencil can be edited because they are done as Uploads (CSV/ADIF/etc). The others have been entered manually on the old SOTAData site using “Add Activation” which did not create an upload, so can’t be edited. Anything added now is done using Uploads in the backend.

Yep I’ve got that on some of mine as well. Question: Do we trash them & then manually re-upload or is there another way around it?

Do you ever want to edit them? If so, you can delete and reupload (it’s the only way). If you don’t want to edit them, just leave it, no harm in it.
