Today Ken (K6HPX) achieved “Triple Goat” status. To commemorate the day, Ken and Kay (KE7BGM) performed triple 10-point activations including Antelope Mountain (W7A/AE-022), Wahl Knoll (W7A/AP-005) and Coyote Hills (W7A/AP-037) in the beautiful White Mountains of Northern Arizona.
Please congratulate Ken as he becomes the eleventh Triple Goat in North America!
Many congratulations, it is always a pleasure when we can work.
Very impressive, Ken! Congratulations and thanks for all the contacts.
Cool! Always good to work you two.
Wow! Congratulations @K6HPX Ken! You and Kay are both amazing hikers and activators!
Sorry I missed chasing you today, long work day in Phoenix. But I always am happy to hear your signal, usually on 60 or 30m. And, always happy to hear your unique ending to a QSO.

I knew you were a Goat—didn’t know you were approaching triple status. Congrats
Congratulations! May the goats be with you…but the smell not so much.
Very impressive accomplishment. My RF is humbled.

Incredible and well done.
So much energy, determination and persistence goes into getting 3,000 points.
I’m in awe!
congrats Ken. You keep it up and you will have your own herd.
Congrats Ken! I want to be like you when i grow up. Well done!
Congrats to Ken. Sorry I missed you on the air when u went over the top but I was out of state all last week.
No clue that you were that close to 3000 points as your total still shows below 3000 points in the database.
I figure u will be passing me soon as AZ’s premier activator…us working guys don’t have a chance to keep up with u retired guys!
Well done amazing achievement
Three activations in one day in the White Mountains in monsoon season? You and Kay are very brave! Congratulations on achieving 3XGoat! Next time I see you will I be seeing triple?
Congratulations! Glad to make contact with you on your triple goat day! Northern AZ is a great place to hike and you sure get out to enjoy it! Bob AC1Z
Way to go Ken!! Wish I could have worked you but the Job gets in the way.
Triple Goat is a significant accomplishment, and it is not easy which explains the small number in that rare herd. How many hiking boots did you wear out on all those trail miles? I’m sure you and Kay have had an enjoyable time in the beautiful Arizona backcountry. Congratulations!
That is quite an accomplishment and sign of persistence and determination
Thanks fr chasing me as well
