I worked IU1DOF/P today on I/PM-441.

I was able to add the QSO to my the chaser database, but received 0 points.

Am I correct in assuming this is a deleted summit?

Yes, it is.

If you follow the link you posted you can see a message say the summit is no longer valid along with other pieces of information for the summit. If you look up the summit on the database you will see information on when it started and stopped being a SOTA summit.
