In connection with the planned reactivation on 630m, I have a question:
Is a QSO legal on a summit if I transmit CW on 630m and listen SSB on 40m, for example?
And if so, do I enter my activation as 630m/CW?

Yes such split operation is legal as long as any conditions regarding use of 630m for amateur QSOs is observed.
Log it as 630m/TX (or VLF or whatever we call it.) Note it was crossband with split onto 40m or 80m or whatever.
